3. Kita hendaklah menjalankan pemeriksaan kesihatan secara berkala untuk memastikan badan kita sentiasa sihat.
4. Kita harus menjaga kebersihan diri dan tempat tinggal kerana kebersihan merupakan asas kesihatan.
5. Kita mesti rajin bersenam supaya badan kita cergas dan minda kita cerdas.
